The vision of this powerful real estate network became reality when Miguel “Mike” Oyoque began practicing real estate in 1984. By 2010, Mr. Oyoque opened the first Excellence RE Real Estate office and quickly became one of the largest regional real estate companies in Los Angeles County. Mr. Oyoque, with his high level of expertise in the real estate market and his willingness to mentor agents, has guided future entrepreneurs in opening their own Excellence RE Real Estate offices. Appropriately, Mike Oyoque became known as Mr. Excellence.
The ongoing success of Mike Oyoque’s offices is now entering San Diego County with the vision and partnership of Marne and Robert Deponte, now the owners of the Excellence RE Real Estate office in Oceanside, CA. The Deponte’s currently own two other Excellence RE Real Estate offices-Santa Ana and Rancho Cucamonga. Robert Deponte’s sales in 2021 exceeded the $17,000,000 mark, as he continued to strive for superb customer service in this competitive real estate market.
The Deponte’s recently obtained Dan Powell, Attorney at Law and Realtor to be apart of the team operating in the Excellence RE Real Estate, Oceanside office. Dan Powell specializes in real estate wills and trusts, and is well versed with all the current real estate laws to better protect sales and purchases. Furthermore, the Deponte’s added team member, Chris Solberg, a retired California Highway Patrol Investigator, now a Realtor, to bring even more depth to the experience of negotiation, sales and attention to detail into the journey of selling or purchasing your new home.
