The Historic Star Theatre is a historic landmark built in 1956 where it first opened as a movie theatre. In 2000 it become a family-owned non-profit 501(c) 3 theatre and was renovated as a performing arts venue with 480 seats. It houses two production companies: the Star Theatre Company and (STCK) Star Theatre Coast Kids, as well as, our Star Theatre Academy. It is also home to many dance companies, high schools, comedy groups, bands and various other groups. We are available for rental.
