We use the freshest, in season ingredients. By doing so, we let the ingredients shine, with minimal intervention, as nature intended. Our dough is made in a three day process, allowing the flavors to develop. The pizza sauce is made with san marzano tomatoes, imported from Italy and our cheese blend is unique to our restaurant. Dressings, pickles, marinades, syrups, jams and sauces are made from scratch by our team, the bread is baked fresh in house and our appetizers are meant for sharing. Our burrata is made in house, and the sausage is entirely prepared in our kitchen, from grinding the meat, to slowly smoking it for six hours.
