MiraCosta College Offers Community Education Information Sessions In Careers and Workskills

MiraCosta College’s Community Education is offering the following information sessions for careers and workskills, not-for-credit, courses this summer:

Veterinary Assistant Information Session. Tuesday, August 7, at 6 PM. Oceanside Campus, Room 4526. Note: Mandatory math and reading comprehension assessment will be given immediately following the information session at 7 PM.

Phlebotomy Technician Information Session. Thursday, August 9, at 5:30 PM Technology Career Institute, Room 100. 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad. Note: Mandatory math and reading comprehension assessment will be given immediately following the information session at 6:45 PM.

Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering Information Session. Tuesday, August 14, at 6 pm (testing and interviews only) Technology Career Institute. 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad.

• Internet Registration—Go to miracosta.augusoft.net to register online.
• By Phone: 760.795.6820—Please have your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card in hand and your registration information ready when you call.
• In Person—Community Education & Workforce Development Office, MiraCosta College Technology Career Institute, 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92011. Hours: 9 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday.
• By Mail—Complete the registration form on page five using a separate form for each person (forms may be duplicated.) Visa, MasterCard, Discover card or check payable to MiraCosta College) can be used to pay registration fees. If you would like a confirmation, enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Mail checks and completed registration form(s) to: Community Education & Workforce Development, MiraCosta College Technology Career Institute, 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92011.
