Job Description:
The person should be able to keep the computer systems running, ensure that our bills are paid and monitor the sales and expenses using Quickbooks. Basic IT skills as related to maintaining network connectivity, synchronizing computers, and eliminating any error messages to maintain smooth working of the computers will be helpful. Establish a Quickbooks system linked to the sales and finances of the business. Veterans and women applicants are encouraged to apply.
Experience Required:
Associate or Undergraduate Degree in Business or related field. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is needed. Ability to install and use Quickbooks preferred. Skill in Adobe Acrobat, Ilustrator, and InDesign will be a plus. Initial pay is based on $18/hour for 40 hours a week and a commitment for 1 year. Increase in rate will be considered every 3 months depending upon revenue and performance.
