Our Mission
SOS Oceanside is a group of local advocates for sustainable sandy beaches in Oceanside, California. Working with local, regional, state, and federal authorities, we encourage the City of Oceanside to design, approve and fund a sustainable and permanent solution to RESTORE OUR BEACHES AND PROTECT THE COASTAL HABITAT. Community support of our mission is essential.
Our Values
Save Oceanside Sand is dedicated to RESTORING AND PROTECTING Oceanside beaches. We believe in beach preservation, beach safety, rebuilding our shorelines, and beach access for all people. Sand is a precious commodity. As it goes missing, we won’t let it go unnoticed.
