The Miller's Table

When I saw this restaurant has 4.9 stars and 380 reviews, I had to check it out. I was not disappointed!

I emailed the restaurant directly to inquire about their candlelit dinners and asked if we could do something for our anniversary. They traditionally do community seating, but offered to reserve a private dinner table for my husband and I. Not only that, but they created a custom 5 course meal for us complete with wine pairings according to our dietary preferences.

We arrived and the server immediately directed us to our adorable table. The interior is on the cozy side, but really made for a special and intimate dining experience. Twinkling lights and classic love songs accompanied us throughout the evening, and our server was very attentive to make sure we enjoyed everything.

The pictures I quickly took don't do the food justice, but this was truly some of the best food and inspiring flavor fusions I have ever enjoyed! Who would have thought to put orange and avocado together, or blueberry and salmon? Turns out they should have been paired all along. I forgot a picture of the dessert, but it was a light and airy angel food cake with fresh berries, served with a dessert wine that tasted like pure liquid honey.

If we find ourselves in Oceanside again, this will be stop #1 for us. We absolutely enjoyed the experience and would recommend everyone to dine at this charming eatery!

Such a unique and fun experience. We went here as our first stop for a progressive dinner for wine and apps. Lulu helped us with our wine selections and we got two flights to try. Pinks and Red blends. She also recommended the pretzel plate which was delicious!! Loved the various mustards and pickled watermelon rinds, so unique!

We also loved the Burrata salad, so fresh and colorful. The deviled eggs were done so well with a kick!

We enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back. Chef Staci Miller did such an excellent job with all the dishes, the taste and presentation are top notch. The ambience is really unique that they have communal tables throughout their space.

First time at TMT and can't wait to get back here and try everything on the menu!

Cutest little restaurant with a small outdoor seating area - huge unique wine selection catered to a variety of price points!

We had the autostrata di giorno with a side of balsamic figs and potato chips. Let me tell you this absolutely hot the spot! Loved the crispy bread and spicy hot cherry peppers - chips were homemade. Everything is made in house there so it's super fresh and you can taste the love!

I had been wanting to try TMT for a long time and finally decided to treat myself for my birthday. It is a small but welcoming space, with dimmed lights for a cool and intimate atmosphere. There is wine everywhere and Chef Staci is an expert. The server not so much and although she was extremely friendly just did not know anything about the wines being recommended that evening. We started with the sea bass fish tacos, the fish was succulent but the lime had bitterness (we were given a credit for this). The fennel and shrimp salad was delicious. The lamb sausage were very mildly seasoned but the two pickled sides had sufficient kick and flavor to make the dish a success. The couscous and grilled vegetables were wonderful accompaniments and delicious. Chef Staci treated us to a chocolate pot de crème (like eating a decadent dark chocolate bar) and we ordered an ooey gooey cake (a dense cake which seemed to be a combination of brownie meet's cheese cake). Will go back for one of the Friday/Saturday dinners in the future - Chef Staci is clearly committed to ensuring diners have a positive experience. This is a gem for O'side.

Went this week with my husband and a friend and had some incredible food (not that I'm surprised).

Really this update is to give huuuuge praise to the potato pancakes - the best bite of the night, and the mushroom polenta. Holy cow.

This will forever be the best spot in Oceanside.

After so many years of living in Oceanside and hearing about this lovely establishment, I was invited to visit The Miller's Table for dinner and I was not disappointed.
I was blessed to attend one of their Wine Pairing Dinners on Saturday and it was an exquisite dining experience to say the least.

The Miller's Table offers a fine-dining experience in a very intimate setting with very chill ambiance.
At night, the lighting is very low with soft tones and it is very comparable to dining in a wine cellar.
The fact that the majority of the interior decor features the plethora of wines they offer leans into this vibe even more.
This place is a wine aficionados dream!

The service is warm, friendly and they make you feel like a family guest over for dinner :)
The music was that of the chill-hop, jazz-lounge genre and was soothing and very fitting to the overall aesthetics of our dining experience.
I also enjoyed that they offer a communal dining seating arrangement for us. We were able to enjoy our meal and also have great conversation with new friends & network as well.

The food was impeccable. Period!
I was able to experience their Mexican Independence Special Menu, which featured camarones, ceviche, pork tenderloin, swordfish, cilantro rice and Mexican chocolate bread pudding.

So, if you're looking for a quiet, intimate dining setting that offers an amazing dining experience and also features some of the best wine selection in Oceanside, consider The Miller's Table.

This was a wonderful experience for dinner. The "chef" themed meal was unique and well prepared. Keep in mind that the seating is a community/shared experience. So if you want to be alone try lunch. My wife and I came here on a weekend getaway. We had an eclectic group from all different walks of life, ages and political viewpoints. It was a fun experience that was unexpected and we all enjoyed what we ate and had in common.

What a very special place! I highly recommend The Miller's Table. Staci the owner and chef is a wonder! The meal she put together for 6 of us celebrating my birthday was beyond compare. Lulu our server continued to bring remarkable, fresh, delicious dishes to our table. We felt like we were in the south of France. The intimate setting is exactly what we wanted. Not a big, noisy restaurant, but a special place to make memories with special people. The Miller's Table is a true gem!

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend dinner here, it wasn't particularly packed but reservations are still recommended. The menu is well curated and changes weekly, credit to chef Staci for delicious seasonal fare and a well curated menu of items and a nice wine list. The fish tacos and tuna appetizer were the standouts, but with the ever changing menu I'm looking forward to trying other items here. Nice ambience, excellent and homey service, definitely worth a meal when staying in Oceanside.
