Came in on a rainy Saturday and was greeted with a smile by Justin! A gentleman who provided excellent service and answered all my annoying questions without a problem.
He also helped me by teaching me the proper way to start a new coil in my vape.

Riley is awesome! Definitely the best customer service I've had in a long time. He knows every product and is very knowledgeable with quality, pricing and customer satisfaction. The vape prices are the best around town. Riley is an asset to Syndicate Vapes and has such a charming personality.

Instead of getting an answer, I got to hear him talk about his life story and complaining about when he was in the Marine Corps. Nobody cares boot! Now I'd understand if he was completing a transaction but he was literally chit chatting the whole time.
