      Samantha is my spirit animal.

I could literally cry. Christmas shopping for my 3 kids stockings while they were with me was so hard. I picked out a few little things from the vitamin area while my kids were busy smelling the soaps and wondered how in the world I would be able to hide the items from my little detectives. I scanned the area for someone to help and Samantha was my beacon of light in the darkness.

"I'm trying to hide some stuff from my kids, I need a little bag!" She locked eyes with me "a bag? I got you!" she replied and off she went in a flash.

When she returned my kids had found me and without missing a beat she announced loudly so my kids could hear "here are those broccoli bags you needed, you know, for the broccoli!" Genius. She understood the assignment.

As if her performance in the vitamin section wasn't enough, she followed up by finding us in the check out line and telling my kids a story to distract them from the items that were being rung up. I just can't even.

Being a mom of multiple littles this time of year is so stressful. People are super judgy and impatient. Samantha reminds me of customer service 20 years ago, when people took pride in work ethic. This woman is destined for greatness. Thank you Sam, I love you and I hope we meet again some day. Merry Christmas.

Unfortunately, I'm leaving a review after having a horrible experience at the deli recently. Their market is one of my favorites to visit. They have great deals, their produce, bakery, and bulk areas are my favorite and Normally their deli!! If it were for the deli alone, I'd give it 2 stars.

We took our family to the deli to order sandwiches so we can bring them to the harbor and eat picnic style! The sun was out! Amongst 5 of us, we split our order in two. It took such a long time to make 4 sandwiches, even though they appeared to be fully staffed. My bf and I split an egg salad sandwich, customized, and they didn't use the bread we requested (requested sourdough, but gave us rye). My in-laws requested two sandwiches from the menu and one Customized. The sandwiches were not labeled so they had to figure out which ones were the ones they ordered. My sister in law and mother in law started eating their sandwiches to realize they were eating each other's sandwich. My brother in law ordered the Greek goddess, which is a chicken sandwich, but apparently, Photo attached, there's a green goddess, and that's what he got instead! He was so bummed since he hates asparagus. I'm vegetarian so I ended up eating half of it. Fortunately for Frazier farms, I liked the sandwich so it did not go to waste.

Ultimately, it comes down to wait time and receiving the correct order. How does a handwritten paper slip get messed up in the sandwich making? It's customized or marked with exactly what we should receive. It was a sad experience to share with our family because we specifically chose Frazier farms as our favorite sandwich stop.

Many of the positive reviews on here are old . They always had great store managers up until
A year ago . New store managers took over about a year ago and only a few people have taken time to update their reviews . I understand life is busy. It's taken me over a year to make time to update my review . The food and customer service has gone downhill . I could go into detail .

However .. I've shopped here for over 20 years . One of my friends Dan Frazier started their very first store down in La Jolla many decades ago . Dan recently passed away and it seems the quality of the store's food and customer service has gone way down .
I've been very badly treated by the new management and would like to speak to someone about it . I wish to see that there still is someone who cares about their customers at Frazier farms. I surely have only felt the lack of competency that then was communicated as hate toward me from the new and inexperienced management at Frazier's in oceanside . I've been through some horrible experiences with management that I prefer to discuss with someone there who works in customer relations than share details with the whole world blasting out my friends store . However I will share it on here if I don't hear from someone whose in customer relations at Frazier farms because I believe that the actual owners of the store deserve to know what's really been going on here . I've seen new management show prejudice , discrimination , do additional
Illegal things like multiple times accuse customers of stealing when they had not stolen anything .. even getting police badges in there threatening innocent loyal
Customers . The new management has threatened and kicked good employees out , loyal customers out and others out the store who did not deserve that kind of treatment . They consistently allow spoiled meat to be sold and consumed that deceptively looks okay from outside . There's so much to say and I'm
Trying to hold back because I rather talk to someone there who cares to fix things rather than just complain to the whole world on the World Wide Web . I feel this is my only way to reach someone as I'm not able to go through multiple phone calls during the day to random managers who don't care to find someone who does care if that still exist there . I don't know who to call to speak to there that is someone who cares about their customers & what's really happening over here at oceanside store .

This was my Original review 4 years ago ..
I loved their juice bar , salad bar & deli . However as many others have written things have changed there and everything I wrote 4 years ago is no longer like that and I will go into detail if I don't hear from someone in customer relations if you still have customer relations . I don't feel like that exist there anymore after all I have gone through .

This was my review 4 years ago when there was much better management...
I love their juice bar , salad bar & deli. Such an assortment of healthy food and drinks.
I could just write about any one of those bc they are each amazing !! Amazing produce department also ! Sometimes I'm buying organic berries there for less than $2 !
If you want to eat healthy with food that taste fresh and amazing then come to Frazier Farms !

The people are super nice and friendly . It's Oceanside so it's ocean breeze outside and relax vibe here .

The juice bar tho !!! Can I just say ...It's amazing !!! I get healthy fresh made juices here and I'm powered for hours to handle my day on just that no food needed ! Today I just tried some newer juices made that are concoctions I never thought of putting together or selling in a juice bar . Yet they did and they are Amazing !! Just try them out .. that's all I can say . Thank you for reading my post .

In an exploratory adventure, I found myself in Oceanside where the markets are new to me. Intentionally, I sought the established local market which brought me to Frazier Farms.

The shelves were all neatly abundantly stocked. After deciding to purchase a picnic to take to the beach, I found the prepared foods - what a fuckin score!

I was immediately drawn to the Smoked Turkey thighs They smoked the turkey thighs, deboned them and made a delicious meat candy out of it. As I surveyed the shelves, the Herb Roasted Turkey with mustard glaze caught my taste senses so I grabbed that too.

I imagined a fresh orzo pasta salad to go with these but couldn't find any. But I kept looking and behind some other salad sides, was the kale orzo pasta ...

My beach picnic menu was complete.

This gem provided a fresh & tasty to-go meal and an establishment I look forward to be a regular patron of.

Since the local Stater Bros. closed its door, I've been looking for somewhere to shop. Frazier Farms has way better organic produce, and I really like the ability to buy spices and herbs in the quantity in which you need them out of the bins. A great selection of roasted and unsalted nuts for my pets is a real plus. I'm addicted to La Salsa Chilena, and there's always plenty of that for sale. Overall, a great place to shop close to home!

Very friendly staff. Readily available and helpful. Fruits and Vegetables were nice and fresh. Meat and Seafood Departments looked great. Prices were a little high on some items but quality of food looked great.

Frazier Farms has really become my favorite place to go!

The best thing in my opinion is the awesome salad bar! No matter what time you go it's always fresh and fully stocked. Grab a box, fill it up and there you have it. In addition to the two kinds of lettuce, there are many veggies and fruits including garbanzo beans, celery, red papers, broccoli, cauliflower, strawberries, blackberries, and so much more. They have multiple cheeses, sunflower seeds, croutons and a variety of dressings.

The next best thing is the fresh made daily sushi. I probably grab sushi from there for lunch a few times a week. Lots of variety including, tuna, salmon, crunchy rolls, crab and Krab and California rolls.

The deli is amazing as well. Lots of fresh made pastas, potato salad, meatloaf, veggies, and so much more. You can get made to order sandwiches as well.

I can't forget to mention the fresh squeezed juices and smoothies! I love being able to watch them make the drinks from scratch!

Top it off with a sweet treat from the bakery section and now you've got it all. The macaroons and cheesecake are my faves. I also like the red velvet cupcakes and the fruit tart.

So many awesome things to try! Check out Frazier Farms when you can!

Don't order a BLT. Super disappointed for $12. I didn't expect a massive bacon sandwich, but this definitely makes me feel ripped off.
      Otherwise this store is awesome.

I ordered a BLT to go. I didn't expect a mountain of bacon, but really????
