I have been a Copy Link fan for over two decades, having worked with them professionally through my work and also personally through a non-profit I volunteer with. The organization is top notch from top to bottom - responsive, reliable, and quick to respond to my needs. The staff and technicians at Copy Link have been there forever, which speaks to the company itself. Kevin and Dave are awesome and I always get what I need when promised. They are honest and caring and I trust what they tell me. Copy and print work is excellent. Kevin is also highly involved in the Chula Vista community through the Chamber of Commerce. Give this local business a chance. You won't be disappointed.

We continue to get great service from Stacey, Rudy, June...everyone. Even though we've implemented an 80% work-from-home model for our company, we still use business class equipment by Sharp and Lexmark. Reliable machines, good service when you need it, and supplies ready wherever you need them delivered.

The team at Copy Link is the best! Kevin and Kimberley (owners) provide great leadership for their staff and it shows. From the first time Joseph walked us through our options, I have felt our needs were supported. He listened to what we needed, looked at our operations, made great suggestions on equipment based on our needs and we are in much better circumstances now that we have machines from Copy Link. If we have any issues, June is right on it. Service is never a problem. And, unlike other sales people, Joseph didn't forget about us. He remains in touch to ensure we are always happy with our service and that our equipment is still meeting our needs. I also appreciate that Copy Link supports the community. Their team members are actively engaged in many activities which speaks to how much they care about where they do business.

Copy Link sets itself apart with service. I have worked with many, many copier companies and this team is the best by far. Their knowledge of the hardware and how it can fit into my business gives me an edge. Great company and team.

For over 20 years I was in charge of Copiers at a Community College and now for San Diego Health and Nutrition Services. The TEAM at Copy Link is not only knowledgeable about Copiers, Printers and Faxes, but they are professional and dependable. I have personally recommended Copy Link to many of my colleagues for sales and service of imaging equipment and they have all called back and thanked me for it. If you need to replace an old machine, need service, supplies or just want a question answered, the folks at Copy Link will treat you right.

I had purchased a used Sharp copier/scanner from them recently. They could not make it work and when I complained to the owner about the treatment, they "fired" me. I had another dealer look at the item and they gave me a list of more than $1300.00 of repairs that would be needed. They totally misrepresented the item and cost me thousands of dollars. Do not use this company.

Best company to work with. Fast response time for any networking or copier issues. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of their product. Every company would benefit in using Copy Link for their networking and copier needs.

My review is about a very rude experience I had with one of the sales reps. I can't speak to the rest of the company but based off this one experience I would have fired this company for horrible customer service.

Our operator was at lunch so I was covering her desk. All six of our San Diego locations have their phones transferred through our operator. We use copy link printers is several of our locations. Here is the call that I had:

Ryan: I'm Ryan from copy link and I want to send over our new catalogs. Do you guys still use the Sharp printer?
Me: Yes, I believe so, but we have several different locations. Do you have a contact that I can put you through to?"
Ryan: GOD, can't you just answer my question, lady?? (angry tone)
Me:... I'm the operator for several different loc--

Ryan, you are lucky that I am not the decision maker on copiers because based off this experience I would have fired you and your company. You should never speak to a customer like that.

Best company ever, hands down! Last Friday at 5:30pm, I had a charter school's worst nightmare...."toner empty" school was starting on Monday and I started to panic! I called Copy Link to see what I could do and they told me that they could deliver my toner first thing Monday morning. "That's too late...I have so much to print to be ready for school starting on Monday", I said. "No worries, I'll come up to Alpine and deliver it personally", she said. "Are you kidding me", I said. No, I'll bring you two toners, so you have a extra one on hand", she said. It warms my heart to know that this kind of customer service (going over and beyond our expectations) is not a lost art! Thank you so much!!! :)
