I still have nothing but positive things to say about this place and the service they provide. I brought my wife's Ford Flex in to have some things checked out due to the vehicle moving around a bit when my wife would apply the breaks.

Vilius, quickly diagnosed the problem and told me what had to be done. On top of that he explained why the problem was evening happening.

He has never tried to upsell me, pressure me into another service on top of the one I came in for, nothing negative you get like that at other shops.

This place and the people in it are awesome and there is zero reason to take your vehicle anyplace else.

This is my go-to place for car maintenance because they're reliable, prices are fair, and it's easy to book a same-day appointment.

This place is LEGIT. I have a newish VW Beetle and finding people that carry 5W40 oil is tricky.. so I asked the owner if i could get an oil change if I brought me own oil. He obliged. Thank GOD he did because he is old school and gave me best oil change (there is a difference) AND went the extra mile to reset my electrical thingamajig, curing an electrical issue I had been having that I had given up on having fixed!!! He ALSO replaced my taillight bulb! My car isn't the most user-friendly for mechanics. DUDE. This man knew his stuff and my car was annoying and he went the extra mile for me!!! THANK YOU!!!
I'm going back when/if I need anything!!!

Absolute rubbish and liar. They use groupon with a cheap oil change to capture new clients, which he loses money offering the groupon, to then lie and deceive you into believing you have way more issues with the car. He absolutely lied about about a "huge oil leak" all through my engine. I took it to another mechanic to get another opinion and he is totally wrong- either he doesn't know what he's doing or he's scamming me, trying to tell me I need to leave my car there for a few days with $135/hr rates. absolute con- DO NOT TRUST THEM! or buy their Groupon- you'll come out with a whole slew of issues. Good thing there are other trustworthy mechanics out there.

I stopped in for an oil change with my groupon after setting an appointment with them just the day before. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would def come back here again. Stop in and support local!

Just recently moved to Carlsbad from Orange County and I was looking for an auto shop to take my Mercedes. I am so happy I found Convenient Care Care for my service A which is basically just an oil change. I called ahead to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in right away. Every other shop literally quoted me over double the price. Convenient Care Care was quick, cost effective and convenient. I also appreciate that they didn't try to upset me on services I didn't need. Since I am not super literate in car maintenance I appreciate the honesty and the customer service of this shop. I will not take my car anywhere else I highly recommend this shop for all your car care needs. Thank you Convenient Car Care!

This morning my car started trembling terribly on my way towards work. I thought I was down bad but thankfully and courageously I made my way to Convenient Car Care where I was quickly greeted and instructed right away and I made way towards my new and improved day!
Right as I'd finish work they said the car was ready and conveniently good to go with a fair price as for it was my spark plugs. Thanks for the help and would definitely recommend

A big shout out to Jayden and Philius! First time here with a Groupon, had an appointment. Jayden was nice to clean my oil pan. Great job! Didn't take long either. Will come back!

I went to convenient car care for an oil change, and during the process they did such a good job that they were able to diagnose other problems with my car. They were able to give me immediate estimates that were fair priced and affordable.Bilius is a wonderful guy, who is very trustworthy, honest, and at the top of his field.
