Lucila Echeveste has been a wonderful caregiver to our blind father who is a Vet. She is very kind, helpful and friendly and we really appreciate the service she's provide. can't thank her enough! A+ care!

This a great agency to work for! I've worked for many different facilities, and agencies. Care choice home care is the best agency I have worked for... with directors and office staff who are very friendly and work with you on scheduling and accommodate for you as much as they can. Care choice home care recognizes their caregivers weekly and make you feel appreciated and cared for. They listen to concerns you may have and take it seriously and fix it instantly. They offer training seminars and even pay you for the time you spend at the seminars. They support you, and give you all the materials you need to succeed and provide exceptional care. I'd recommend this agency to people looking for an at home care for their loved ones, or a caregiver looking for employment!

My mother needed help in the evenings. She had a fall on her way to bed resulting from not getting enough oxygen. We spent the night with her in ER and convinced her to accept home care. We unfortunately did not hire Care Choice Home Care, but went on a recommendation for a large franchise company. It was a disaster. The people they sent put their own agenda over my mother's and manipulated her schedule away from the time she needed to be helped, getting to bed. At her age, my mother did not realize the risk and nobody communicated with the family this had taken place. Communication was horrendous. It took me over a month to speak directly with a representative from the company. Another fall and trip to the ER during that month lead us to shop around.

After researching government reports and online reviews, I noticed Care Choice Home Care. Their site was all about the people they care for and those giving that care. Unlike all other websites, they did not require giving personal contact information before they would reveal the details of their services. Up until finding Care Choice Home Care online, I felt like I was shopping for a car, hook after hook. What a relief!

I called and spoke with Jeani. My sense of relief blossomed to hope. She described a service that was everything the franchise was not. Her team gets strong support and guidance. When we call, Jeani assures that our concerns are addressed. Everybody I talk to, Nicole, Alex, Susan, are pleasant, understanding, not just responsive. They proactively suggest remedies to situations.

We get constant communication, emails updating schedules, invoices to review before sending to insurance, and follow up calls to see that changes are effective.

The caregivers are well trained, thoughtful and there for one reason. They take care of Mom. Nobody is perfect. If Mom complains, I call and relay that information to Jeani. It is handled professionally and with compassion.

My beautiful, strong willed and successful mother is finally getting the care and dignity she deserves. Thank you Team Care Choice.

If you're looking for at-home care for someone with dementia, don't waste your money with other companies - Susan is absolutely understanding and not only works to schedule people for you as fast as possible but she is SO understanding and caring, she puts you right at ease. She does an incredible job scheduling consistent caregivers so that your family member doesn't get confused!

Jeanie (one of the owners) is absolutely amazing - she was understanding, loving, helpful and kind! I wish we had had more time to get to know her better, but she went above and beyond trying to help us with our loved one! She truly cares about placing your loved one with the right caregivers long-term so that it is a good match. She also has SO much knowledge about dementia care - she is a GEM!!

We needed last-minute care and they accommodated our every need without EVER making us feel like we were imposing!! Excellent, excellent people to work with!

No one wants to be in the situation where you are seeking help for a loved one IMMEDIATELY. I was fortunate to know Jon, one of the owners, through working together in a rehabilitation facility. I heard about the business at the very time I was desperately patching together supervision for a close relative. Everything has been great from intake evaluation to scheduling. The caregivers have all been kind and sensitive to his needs. And of course, I want to adopt Cody, one of my cousin's favorites.

Mom fell and broke her right wrist just before Thanksgiving.

I have had the pleasure of getting to know the team at Care Choice Home Care. The women who run the agency are professional, caring, and reliable. I recently had to arrange care with very little notice. I called Care Choice, and told them what I needed by the following day. We required a care giver with lots of experience, and patience with memory issues.
