Event Description: The Elizabeth Hospice will be hosting, “Spirituality and End-of-Life Care” on Wednesday, April 13 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at California State University San Marcos in The McMahan House Great Room located at 333 S. Twin Oaks Valley Road, San Marcos. The Hospice Foundation of America program will discuss differences between spirituality and religion, while also addressing spirituality during illness, death and grief; spiritual assessment and empowerment and life review. Continuing education is available for nurses, social workers, case managers, funeral directors, clergy and others. To register or additional information, please call (760) 737-2050.
