Over the last twelve years in Oceanside, Jane has worked on the entitlements, construction, and/or re-tenanting of over 3 million sq. ft. of retail, 7 million sq. ft. of industrial/office, and almost 1,000 hotel rooms.
Significant projects have included the 510,000 sq. ft. Genentech Pharmaceutical manufacturing campus; the 400 acre Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre; the 124 acre Pacific Coast Business Park; Mossy Nissan; and major retailers. She worked on the anticipated S.D. Malkin 4 star beach hotel project; the Wyndham time share project; downtown vertical mixed use; and the 950,000 sq. ft. Thomas Enterprises Pavilion shopping center.
