Event Description: Oktober West Oktober 9, 12 – 3 pm In Celebration of the Season, we’re Toasting the Harvest of our West Organic Farm. Chef Eugenio Martignago will share his recipes and provide tips for Holiday Faire. Join us under the tents of West for casual food and wine pairings. Enjoy items such as: •Red and golden beets napoleon layered with truffle goat cheese, baby greens tossed with basil pesto and balsamic honey glaze. •Coconut shrimp with mango, horseradish cocktail sauce •Butternut squash ravioli with prosciutto, zucchini flowers, cherry tomatoes, fresh sage, and a white wine sauce. •Caponata (eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, black olive, and tomatoes all stewed together) with homemade sausage and bruschetta bread. •NY Steak pomodoro with Asiago cheese garlic and basil. $25 per person, Please call to reserve as space is limited.
