Advanced Twitter Workshop – Twitter is a real time tool, used for search, information sharing, and as a conversation/collaboration tool.
We will look at tools (internal and external) that you can use to organize, optimize, analyze, and build your Twitter reach. We will discuss Twitter etiquette, the tipping point, best practices, and look at case studies. Finally we go hands on (So bring your computers) on setting up your Twitter client, groups, lists, directories, automation, and alerts.
