Event Description: Come together with the community in an evening of celebration for the holidays as our Historic Landmark, Mission San Luis Rey, is illuminated with the glow of a thousand lights and luminaries. Listen to the sounds of the season as you are greeted by carolers in the Old Mission Church. Stroll the beautiful inner gardens of the Mission and enjoy the tasting stations hosted by several local restaurateurs, wine service and enticing opportunity drawing packages. The event is outdoors under the stars and attendees are advised to dress warmly. Savor the gourmet offerings of our local restaurateurs, including Anita's Mexican Restaurant, Cappozzoli's Pizzeria & Restaurant, Hunter's Steakhouse, King's Fish House, Mimi's Cafe, Mission San Luis Rey, Ocean Thai Restaurant, Outback Steakhouse, Pat & Oscar's, Rosina's Italian Restaurant, Souplantation and Trupiano's Gourmet Italian Restaurant.
