Event Description: The Cardiovascular Disease Foundation has invited representative, David Weil, from The Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP), to talk about Medicare changes anticipated for 2010. This workshop will be interactive, free, and open to the public. Seating is limited!! Please R.S.V.P. before Nov. 30th by calling Tamara at 760-730-1471. * HICAP is a volunteer-supported program that provides unbiased information to help Medicare beneficiaries make the best choices for their individual health care needs. * The California Department of Aging administers HICAP services.

Cardiovascular Disease Foundation Office is located at: 3088 Pio Pico Dr. Carlsbad, CA 92008. From I-5 take Carlsbad Village Dr. exit; go north to Pio Pico then go right on Pio Pico; the office is on the left.
