Event Description: Vertical Voices: Friday, April 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the MiraCosta College Concert Hall, Bldg. 2400, 1 Barnard Drive, Oceanside. Tickets: $25; students/seniors/staff, $20. Vertical Voices is one of the premier vocal groups in the United States, featuring four powerhouse vocalists who also run major vocal jazz programs around the United States. The group ventures into new artistic territory within the vocal jazz genre, utilizing wordless vocals and more. Appearing with MiraCosta College’s own Frequency Vocal Jazz Emsemble.
