Event Description: The Oceanside Public Library and the Friends of the Oceanside Public Library are proud to present a special performance by award-winning artist Kathryn Cloward. This free concert will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016, in the Civic Center Library Community Rooms located at 330 N. Coast Highway. Performance time will be 1:00 p.m. Free parking is available in the Civic Center parking garage. Native San Diegan Kathryn Cloward is an author, singer-songwriter and performer. In 2015, she released two albums, Free to Fly and A Soft Place to Fall. These albums earned Cloward four 2015 West Coast Country Music Association Awards, including Traditional Country Album of the Year, Traditional Country Song of the Year, Traditional Country Female Vocalist and Traditional Country Female Entertainer of the Year. Doors for this free performance open at 12:45 p.m. and it is open seating.
