Event Description: Did You Know? Exercise training classes specially formed for the busy lady who has neglected herself and finds it difficult to get into the fitness scene. A variety of exercise methods and models will be practiced as we explore the best ways to regain our vitality, to build strength, and enhance our health. Let’s motivate and encourage each other, work hard and have fun. We are in this together and the gains of one are the gains of all. Start where you are and incrementally improve your physical abilities. No one is too out of shape to join. We will also explore a variety of other mind, body health methods to enrich our understanding and keep the classes fresh and rewarding.
