Event Description: Parents, do you need help with school supplies for your elementary and junior high children? The Salvation Army in Oceanside is providing 150 students, 1st - 8th grade, with new backpacks and school supplies. All families MUST REGISTER & QUALIFY. Registration is on Wednesday August 12 from 1 PM to 4 PM and is FREE. You must bring the following documents to qualify: Parent Photo ID Proof of Child's Age/Grade (medical card or report card) Proof of residency (utility bill or phone bill) Free Backpack and School Supplies Giveaway will be on Saturday September 5th at The Salvation Army's Endless Summer Rally Day. The event will include carnival games, an open house, waterslides, BBQ lunch, and more!
