Event Description: Pride by the Beach, now in its seventh year, is organized to coincide with National Coming Out Day, which has been recognized on Oct. 11 each year since 1987. Organizers are expecting more than 5,000 people to attend the October 10, 2015 event. This year the event is going to be more visible and more accessible. They have outgrown the little parking lot on the beach, and are taking Pride by the Beach to the streets of Downtown Oceanside!!!! The day-long celebration will kick off at 11 a.m. and include entertainment, over 100 vendors, inspirational speakers, food trucks, a children’s garden, and a day of fun.
