Event Description: Mission San Luis Rey is hosting a special molecular cooking class by guest Chef Johannes Bernau on March 5th from 6:30-8pm. The menu will be a surprise, but attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to use foams, nitrogen, smoking, encapsulation & sous vide techniques. Attendees will join Chef Johannes in the Retreat Center Dining Room for a demonstration and generous samples of each dish. Cost to Attend: $40 per person per class. Register online or by calling 760-757-3659 Due to the popularity of these classes new cancellation guidelines are in effect: A 50% refund may be issued with a 5 business day cancellation notice. For a full refund more than a 5 business day notice is needed. There will be no refunds for late cancellation
