Event Description: Polarize CrossFit Teens Open House / Free Workout! (Ages 12-17) PCF Teens is A Program Dedicated to Helping Teens Develop Their Athletic Abilities while Building Life Skills, through Focus, Respect and Academics. Polarize CrossFit’s Teen classes focus on furthering developing teenagers’ athletic ability and building the skills, strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, agility and confidence needed to excel in any sport. The Teen classes are also great for those kids who many not think of them-selves as athletic, but who still want to participate in activities that allow them to be active, physical and part of a welcoming group of peers. Many of our “non-athletic” teens have actually discovered their own athletic abilities through CrossFit. CrossFit Teens will: ? Help Build Life Skills, including showing Respect for self and others. ? Teach Focus on proper Technique and Form in all movements ? Create Confidence Physically and Emotionally ? Benefit Cognitive Function, which can have a posi-tive impact on the students Academic achievement.
