Event Description: Yoga at the Museum Instructor: Yoga Griot Greg Snaer Sunday, November 16, 11:00am - 12:00pm Cost: $20 Members, $25 Nonmembers Museum admission included Presence. Awareness. Art. Immersed in the beauty and expression of OMA’s galleries, yoga griot Greg Snaer will facilitate flow through Vinyasa and Asana, finding meditation in movement! This unique session culminates with live wood flute music; melding art and sound, in synchronicity with yoga. Fully conscious, participants are then free to explore the museum in quiet contemplation. Space is very limited. Early reservations are recommended. Some prior exposure to yoga is suggested.
