Event Description: North County Health Services will provide free dental, hearing, vision and blood pressure screenings at the event and will also feature community resources. The Oceanside fair will also feature sports physicals for only $25. In addition to resources and screenings, the fair will have fun for the whole family with food, free raffle prizes, fitness activities, kid's activities and a DJ! This is a great opportunity for families to learn about a variety of health resources all in one place and prepare children for a healthy upcoming school year!
