Event Description: MS Excel Workshop: One Step Above the Basics Students should know how to use the keyboard and mouse, and know how to open and save a file. For those students not using Excel on a regular basis, we encourage you to sign up for the MS Office Suite Workshop. In this class, learn through easy to understand instructions how to create and edit basic worksheets and workbooks in order to give you a solid understanding of the basic functionality of Excel when completing tasks. Learn how to make your spreadsheets more professional, write basic mathematical formulas, sort and analyze data, create charts and graphs, and more! Supplies: A $10 material fee will be collected in class. Students should bring a USB flash drive. Instructor: Mary Ann Wallner Fee: $75 Offered at 2 locations for your convenience: San Elijo Campus, Room 112 2 Saturdays, 2/22 & 3/1, 9 a.m.–1 p.m. or Oceanside Campus, Room 4607 2 Saturdays, 4/19 & 4/26, 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
