Event Description: Tri-City Medical Center is hosting a FREE Stroke Awareness Event on Saturday, June 15th from 11am-2pm at the Tri-City Wellness Center: 6250 El Camino Real - Carlsbad, CA 92009. Be the hero of your family by learning the symptoms of a stroke and why it is so important to act F.A.S.T.! Lectures Provided by Tri-City Medical Center’s Award Winning Stroke Center Physicians: Dr Jack Schim on Stroke Prevention, Dr Remia Paduga on Stroke Signs & Symptoms, Dr Donald Ponec on Stroke Intervention. Lunch will be provided and booths with educational material will be available.
