Event Description:

The Oceanside Chamber of Commerce along with the Chambers from Vista, San Marcos and Carlsbad, have teamed up with SCORE to present a series of 4 Business Workshops.

This workshop is designed to help you decide:

Can you afford to hire an employee?
What type of employees will fill your needs?
How to define the work to be done
Legal requirements governing the employment relationship
How to recruit and interview prospects

The workshop series includes the following dates and topics:
May 18th - Financial Statememnts
June 1st - Financing Your Business
June 15th - Tax Considerations for Small Business
June 22nd - Hiring and Managing Employees
