Event Description: These workshops have been created to educate and inform business people in the San Diego region on effective business communications and good etiquette when interacting with business people from other cultures, whether employees, suppliers or customers. Dr. Li-Rong Lilly Cheng, Professor in the School of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences at San Diego State University, Executive Director of Chinese Study Institute, Managing Director of the Confucius Institute and the co-chair of Asian Task Force will be the workshop presenter. A Chinese inspired breakfast will be served.
