Event Description: There are gender differences in the early formative stages of a startup business, and specific advantages that women founders have over men. Join us for a keynote presentation from Stephanie Burns (CEO, Chic-CEO) and panel discussion featuring Leslie Fishlock (CEO, Geek Girl Corporation), Mae-Madge Mendoza (Founder, Making Mantra), Haley Murphy (Account Executive, Enterprise Fleet Management), and Ana Simon (Co-Founder, Sabor De Vida Brazilian Grill). These female entrepreneurs will discuss their experiences to inform, encourage, and inspire. Hors d'oeuvres and networking will take place from 6 - 6:45 PM with our twelve partner organizations: American Association of University Women, Athena San Diego, Chic-CEO, ?Entrepreneurs' Organization, CSUSM Entrepreneur Society, Foundation for Women, Geek Girl, MiraCosta College, North County Women in Networking, Palomar College, SMARTY SD, and StartupCircle.
