Event Description: North County LGBTQ Resource Center (formerly North County LGBT Coalition) proudly presents Pride @ the beach, Saturday, October 13, 2012. The event will take place in what the local’s call Betty’s Lot, located at 238 N the Strand, Oceanside, CA 92054. The event runs from 11am-6pm. This year’s event will include live entertainment, vendor booths, food vendors, and a children’s garden brought to you by Family Matters. Tickets are $5 general admission, seniors & Students are $2.50, 8 & under and active military are free. Join our emcee, Laura Jane, along with performances from local and national recording artists. This year’s event will have performances from the San Diego Women’s Chorus, San Diego Gay Men’s Chorus, Social Animal, Full Structure Funk Band, and a performance from Diversity Arts Theater. Our headliner is national recording artist, No Angel. Our Special Guest is actress Traci Dinwiddie. Some of our sponsors include Urban Mo’s, Holiday Inn Oceanside Marina, Family Matters and Xtreme Ambulance, Vista Community Clinic, San Diego Pride, Blade Magazine, Planned Parenthood, All Saints American Catholic Church and GSDBA.

Directions from LA I-5 South toward San Diego Exit 54B, take ramp right toward Coast Hwy Turn left onto CR-S21/North Coast Hwy Turn right onto Surfrider Way Turn left onto N The Strand Go past the Pier and Ampitheatre. Betty’s Lot is a parking lot on your left.
