OUR MISSION – Interfaith Community Services empowers people in need to stabilize and improve their lives through comprehensive programs, in partnership with diverse faith communities and people of compassion.
Interfaith’s One Campaign aims to end family homelessness in North San Diego County, one family at a time. Through a transformational grant from the Bezos Day 1 Families Fund, matched by your support, we can accomplish our mission to help families attain stable housing and get their lives back on track.
Our case managers work individually with each client, providing them with the resources their specific situation requires. This ongoing relationship begins with a consultation and a needs assessment. Staff and clients then work together to set and achieve goals with the ultimate result of financial stability.
Through assessments, case management, partnerships with outside agencies, and supportive services, Interfaith staff works offers more than 75 programs that include nutrition, employment, and housing assistance to help clients return to self-sufficiency.
Our life-changing services are only possible with the support of the entire community.
Join us! We offer opportunities for individuals and groups, as well as one-time or ongoing shifts.
