We can recommend, coordinate services for and/or offer an informal contract review for some and/or all of your event vendors. Whether you need a musician, photographer, limousine, florist, caterer, hair stylist, make-up, reception hall or event facility, restaurant, ceremony site, decorations and/or artistry of another type, we can work with you and/or vendors, to provide the customized level of services that will work specifically for you and your event.
On the day of your event, we will additionally follow-up on any major and/or minor detail, to ensure all timelines are followed by vendors, service providers and wedding participants, in order to ensure your event is lovely and memorable for all of the right reasons.

We ensure a seamless event by working with you and your bridal party to pre-schedule your rehearsal. We want to make sure each of your wedding party (family, friends and service providers when necessary) knows his or her role and responsibilities, in order to ensure your event is beautiful and memorable for all of the right reasons.

SUPREME WEDDING EVENT MANAGEMENT
Designed for the Do-it-Yourself Couple Who May be Stressed and Running Out of Time for Final Planning, with Just Four to Six Months Prior to Your Wedding Day!
Services include: consultation meetings. Assessment of tasks remaining, with proposed solutions to resolve beautifully. Creation of a detailed timeline. Review of all vendor contracts. Contacting vendors to confirm services, four weeks prior to wedding date. Discounted pricing, when combined with a Classic "Day of" Coordination package.
CLASSIC "DAY OF" COORDINATION
Four to Six Months prior to Wedding Date. Oversee Each Wedding Day Event.
Services include: consultation meetings Review of each vendor contracts. Confirmation of all vendor services. Review of established checklists and wedding day schedule. Visit to ceremony and reception sites, prior to wedding date. Organize and supervise wedding rehearsal, which includes personally greeting the Bride and Groom's family and ensuring they are on time for the wedding.
Distribution of the wedding day schedule at rehearsal. Oversee set-up and decoration of ceremony and reception sites. Greet and supervise all vendors. Tend to vendors’ needs (collaboration, placement issues, electrical etc.)
Manage set-up of ceremony and reception areas. Verify the proper place setting and placement of all tables and chairs. Ensure the reception area décor is completed, and as desired. Ensure elegant set-up of place cards on registration table. Set-up of guest book. Distribution of wedding favors, programs, card box, framed photographs, and all items that will be displayed and distributed.
Direct guests to the ceremony and reception areas. Adjust the bride's dress and accessories prior to her walk down the aisle. Cue musicians and/or DJ, and ensure they are comfortable with the timeline, and have the correct musical selections. Line up and prepare the MC, wedding party, and all of the family members for the grand entrance prior to the reception.
Supervise and communicate with the chef, banquet captain and catering staff, to ensure excellent and timely dinner service. Prep each individual scheduled to give toasts and speeches, as desired. Handle emergencies or unexpected occurrences (if any), in a professional and comprehensive manner. Keep the wedding day running on schedule as closely as possible, while maintaining a good flow of events.
Distribute final balances and gratuities to vendors on your behalf (optional). Provide on site Bridal Emergency Kit.
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE FULL-SERVICE PACKAGE
Brilliant Love for couples needing all aspects of their special day defined, planned, and coordinated.
Services include: consultation meetings to develop budget and management. Advice on styles and colors for décor (if needed). Coordinate and monitor décor set-up. Search for venue, and provide venue and vendor recommendations.
Schedule appointments. Attend all venue and vendor meetings. Assist in selection of linen, china, silverware, glassware, chairs and coverings, lighting, cake design, invitations, favors, and gift bags for the wedding party (optional).
Provide full contract negotiation services. Review vendor contracts; manage and verify payments, Contact vendors to confirm each commitment, four weeks prior to wedding date. Distribute final balances and gratuities to vendors on your behalf, as outlined in each vendor contracts (optional).
Unlimited phone and email updates. Customized timeline, to include checklists and wedding day schedule. Provide hotel accommodation information for guests (optional).
Track RSVPs. Log and track seating charts. Coordinate transportation for bride, and/or groom and bridal party. Advise on etiquette and traditions.
