Stirling Development Looking to Expand at their Ocean Ranch Corporate Center Stirling Development, the developer of Ocean Ranch located off of Oceanside Boulevard, has been a dedicated partner of the City of Oceanside since 1999. Its’ this corporate environment that will be home to Stirling’s next proposed development: A 99,800 square foot office building that is in full conformance with the City of Oceanside and Ocean Ranch Business Park zoning requirements. This building has a much smaller footprint than the allowable 183,800 square feet and is equipped with plenty of parking. “We designed this building to be functional for a variety of users,” said Dougall Agan, President and CEO of Stirling Development. “The square footage, class-A design, and abundant parking make this building attractive to potential medical users as well as other potential users who are looking for general office space.” The project site is situated on Ocean Ranch Boulevard and Rancho Del Oro Drive next to A. Light and Hydranautics, the world’s leader in the manufacturing of membrane technology of desalination. This proposed office building will be able to house approximately 400 employees. It is located next to thriving restaurants and shops, allowing employees to walk to lunch or do some light shopping on breaks.
