MiraCosta College Offers Community Education Courses in Enrichment Activities MiraCosta College’s Community Education is offering the following enrichment, not-for-credit, courses this spring: Beginning Ballroom No partner necessary. Learn to dance with confidence, grace, and style. This is a great class to brush up or to learn new dances. This session, we are exploring the elegant waltz, and the conversational dance, foxtrot. We will cover social dancing and how to take the material we learn in class to an actual real-life dance situation. Fee: $89. Early Bird Special: $79 (Register BEFORE 3/17 for this rate). Supplies: Wear soft, smooth-soled shoes (no flip flops). Please bring a notepad and pen or pencil. Location: San Elijo Campus, 3333 Manchester Ave., Cardiff, Room 204. Time: 7 Tuesdays, 3/27-5/8, 6:30-7:30 PM. Salsa and Bachata Dance No partner necessary. All levels are welcome. Whether you are getting ready for an event or want to dance at Latin night clubs, this class will give you the confidence to dance the night away! Fee: $89. Whether you have a wedding or anniversary coming up, are going on a cruise, or any other social function–this class will get you dancing. Fee: $59.
