Pacific Marine Credit Union Breaks Ground on New Branch Onboard Camp Pendleton Camp Pendleton, Ca: Pacific Marine Credit Union (PMCU) recently held a groundbreaking ceremony as construction began on their third branch onboard Camp Pendleton. Brigadier General Kevin J. Killea and Sergeant Major Julio E. Meza were among the attendees.
