Great dentist in Dr. Marshall and the front office and techs are equally wonderful. The wait times can be a bit long if you visit in the afternoons but morning appointments are better.

Naz was awesome she was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable throughout the braces process for the first time. She did everything with excellent care!

I saw the reviews about how bad the wait times were prior to my visit. However after the two appointments I have had, I can agree that this office is completely inconsiderate of their patients time. What is the point of making an appointment if you're going to wait 1-2 hours for someone to even look at your teeth? They are constantly overbooking themselves.. which is a poor reflection of their time management.

The orthodontic department is good but the general dentistry ripped me off. They sold me on gingival irrigation even though I didn't need it. Not only that they charge me $420 for it when other places charge a fraction of that even when insurance doesn't cover it. They were just getting as much money out of me as possible

Have been bringing my mom here for her dentures for two months already.
The wait is always over an hour after appointment time. They have already made two mistakes on her molding and keep pushing it back for a different date.
Griselda the office manager is the worst.
Instead of putting a rush because they made a mistake she says she can't do anything about it and if I don't like it, I can go somewhere else.

I'm reviewing the Oceanside Ca office. Don't go here. The dentist here do not know what they are doing. I had a crown put on here and the dentist shaved it down to the metal and also cracked the crown. It looks like it is made out of a cheap material. They verbally told me that they would replace it after I called corporate and now they are refusing to replace it. Run away from this place. It's not worth the stress.

I'm new to living in the citaayy! Feeling blessed to finally be taking care of my health. This location isn't too far from work although I would not recommend double booking a dentist appointment on the same day as work or something else important. Give yourself time to prepare so we all as a community can go through it smooth together! Everyone is doing their best here, like any very well respectable establishment. High quality clean bathroom and stations. All staff are kind and will accommodate for any issues well. Thank you, happy new year

Just wanted to give Hilda a big shout out. I'm not really fond of visiting the dentist but Hilda always takes the time to make sure I am comfortable she is a true professional.
