Water Wise Plumbing, Backflow & Drains

I had a great experience with Water Wise -- Desiree quickly helped me schedule an appointment time to have a gas line repositioned as the existing one didn't line up with a new stove I bought, so my shiny new stove was standing proud from the cabinets by about 3 inches. No problem for Fred; he came out, provided what I felt was a very reasonable quote, explained the process that was involved (turning off gas lines, opening up a portion of the drywall, replacing certain parts, etc.) and he got to work. Within about an hour, the job was done, the stove was against the back wall, the work area was clean as a whistle, and I was a very happy camper. Thank you, Desiree and Fred, I'll definitely keep Water Wise's number for the next time I need plumbing services.

If you want plumbing done correctly then you best call Water Wise. I have used them many times and have always given them 5 stars. Recently Fred, jr installed a new sink and faucet in one of my bathrooms and a new faucet in another bathroom. He explains everything on the statement and all the work he is doing, he works very efficiently and is very neat and friendly. I refer Water Wise to everyone who asks me if I can recommend a plumber. They are fantastic and my go to plumbing company.

Was charged $235 to fix the problem. They did not fix it, and said they needed to send someone else out to help diagnose the problem. I reached out to them to schedule twice, and they never got back to me. Called another company, they came same-day and fixed it immediately. Water Wise Plumbing is a complete waste of time and money. What a joke of a business, would have appreciated a call back to finish services that I paid for.

Fred, Desiree and their guys are the backbone of this family-run plumbing business that's been helping me & my clients for 8 years now.
They have conquered 100+ service & remodel jobs that were all unique & custom with flying colors....so I'm devoted to them.
Everyone who is part of their team is polite, clean, and professional. They are likable and trustworthy, too.
But they are also reasonable and Excellent at their job -- all facets of the tricky trade that is pipes, drains, valves & back flows.
They are good so they are busy. Truly at them & you will be well taken care of.

Schedule now - don't think about it - you cannot go wrong with these guys. They have worked on three different properties for us from leaks in ceilings to entire replumb of my home. Their work is top notch and from scheduling to completion you know they appreciate you as a customer and your not just a number. No other plumber in town as far as i'm concerned!

The plumbers do good work, but it is difficult to schedule service because the office manager does not make customer service a priority. After a defective instant hot water dispenser was installed, it took several months and numerous phone calls to get it replaced.

I needed to relocate my emergency shut off water valves and replace my kitchen faucet. Fred was the technician who did all of the work. He was on time, professional, courteous and reliable. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Great service! It's been hard to find responsive and reliable contractors lately. With Water Wise I was able to get a quote almost immediately from Desiree, and Fred was able to come in on the same day. They even have a nice text messaging system that confirms the job details and lets you know when the plumber is on his way. Fred was no-nonsense and efficient in connecting our new sink and faucet, and even solved some extra problems (our garbage disposal had rocks in it and was missing a connection to the sink). Very trustworthy and kind company. We'll be using them again for any plumbing needs.

We called Water Wise this morning, and they came out within the hour for a leak under our house. We have never used them before, and I was thrilled with every aspect in dealing with them, and the job well done....including the price. It's so tough these days to find reliable businesses who guarantee their work, and are experienced, hard working and get the job accomplished in a decent timeframe.
So relieved to now have a plumbing company I can trust.

this company was used by my father and I am still using them. they always remember my dad, who passed away in 2019, and always have kind words. also, they do great work!! I think my entire neighborhood uses them
