Washed Out Pressure Washing

This was one of the most painless experiences I have had. I called Jeremy and he sent a crew and they came out yesterday. The price was very fair and the job was just fantastic. It looks like I have a brand new roof.

My insurance carrier said if I didn't have my roof cleaned they would drop me. I can't say enough great things about this company. When they left yesterday they left no mess whatsoever.

Very happy with the pressure wash of our backyard patio. The crew showed up a 1/2 hour early and got to work immediately. It looks so much better. I will definitely be calling soon to get our driveway done. Thank you!!

Recently had lift and relay done on my tile roof, and then had these folks wash both the roof and the house. They did a great job! The tile is obviously old, but uniformly clean, and the stucco is clean and free of cobwebs.

We had tree trimmers that left stains on our brand new pavers from moving branches from the back to the front yard. Our first attempt at power washing yielded no results, but our tree trimmers recommended Washed Out. Jeremy got in touch with me right away, and John came out and power washed within a couple days. The pavers look brand new again, and Jeremy and John were both very communicative throughout the process. We will be using Washed Out once our pavers inevitably get stained again! Thanks guys.

We got a letter from our HOA letting us know that we needed to either repaint or pressure wash certain areas of our house that had stains on the stucco (possibly ash from the fires a few years ago).
Given the expense of repainting the entire house, we decided to try and power wash first.
Jeremy was quick to respond to my messages and made it very easy to set up an appointment. The price was very reasonable and they offered a choice of a small area or the whole house. We were also able to use a coupon from the local savings magazine which he made sure to point out (extra credit!). we decided to go with the whole house option.

The 2 guys that showed up were very professional and did a full walk through with us before starting work. They also checked in with us at the end to make sure we were happy with everything and if we have any questions. I know there are several other homes with the same situation in our neighborhood and I would highly recommend these guys to them - and anyone else. Thanks Jeremy & Team!
