Vinnie is awesome! We gave him our initial thoughts and he lined up properties for us to check out... and we discovered our initial plans were not going to get us the house of our dreams. We gave Vinnie a new set of priorities and two days later, he had it all reconfigured... then, we changed our minds again (and again and again). How Vinnie kept his patience with us , I don't know.

We zoomed into the last phase of our search and Vinnie had four homes lined up, which were all mostly "fine" but not ideal. After lunch, Vinnie's listing magic found our new home, that came back on the market that morning. We were one of three making bids on the place and Vinnie was relentless. He knew the mortgage company and the other agent (relationships are key). The seller wanted a quick escrow and we agreed - 18 days!
