They got here within an hour and had the door, which had fallen apart, completed within another hour. Very fast and friendly.

Had an issue with my gate - the gate stopped opening and closing. There was some kind of electric issue and I could not figure it out. They know what they are doing. Joel, the guy that came over had the ability to trouble shoot and find the issue instead of simply replacing the whole unit. Man I am so glad I call these guys. Saved me a ton of money.

A couple of weeks ago, my garage door stoped working and made a weird gear crunching sound. Tip Top was able to send someone same day to take a look and give me an estimate. Turned out the springs weren't strong enough for the weight of the garage door, and over time, the trolley was stripped. I learned a lot about garage doors that day. I had called Precision Garage Door Service before them on someone's recommendation, and was told it'd be $120 to even come out and give an estimate. When I told Tip Top this, they were surprised and said most garage door companies wouldn't charge for an estimate, including them... unless it's Precision Technicians. They said Precision technicians work on commission, and the more they can charge a customer, the more jobs they're assigned, so everyone needs a new garage door. The person who recommended them did say they replaced his door... Tip Top went as far as to tell me that they offer an annual "tune up," but don't get it. It's $70/year, but something might only break after 10 years, and then you've paid $700 plus you still need to pay for the repair. Just oil everything metal once a year. The tech showed me exactly where. I was very happy with this group and will use them for garage door repairs in the future.

I have used Tip Top for my driveway gate and garage door repairs. They have been prompt, efficient and communicate well either by phone or texting. Their quality of work is excellent and the prices are fair but not cheap.

Ben was fantastic. Called up for helping fix a garage door that came off the track. Instead of just fixing the door as others have done, Ben took the time to figure out why the door was coming off track and fixed the issue in no time!

I wish I had called them the first time, and I'll definitely be calling them again if needed

Our service repair man was Ben. He was on time, quick and did a nice job explaining the issue with our garage door. We would request for Ben to come out again should we ever need service in the future. Please let him know!

Came out to reinstall my garage door and was told I only needed panels. That was not true. I needed a new garage door and it was more expensive to fix the old one.

I will say in their defense they were timely and did help by giving me a partial fix.
