My wife's parents asked my wife where she wanted to go for her birthday, and she wanted to go here.
Their food is always consistently good and food comes out hot. They had a really good 3-course meal deal with great options that my wife got.
Great Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp, Garlic Linguini Alfredo, & their trio is always good.
Our server Christine went far and beyond just service. She was awesome. My wife asked for a change to one of the dishes shrimp vs chicken. She went to the Mgr. and he okayed it. Nice to do and get.
She knew it was my wife's birthday and she choose to go here. When we were getting our check, she hand wrote a note , handing it to my wife wishing her a happy birthday (added into photos). It was such a sweet hand written note, it brought a little bit of tears to my wife's eyes. She asked if she could give the server a hug, and Christine said, "That would make my day!" Guess it made Christine's day and Christine made my wife's day!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We're so glad you had a great experience, Walter!
Sep 30, 2021Previous reviewI know this place still struggles with covid hiring issues and needs more people to work here. Their bar has been closed for a long time.
Place is clean and staff friendly.
Nice and cold big draft Stella beers.
My wife always got the 2 combo which she loved - Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp with Pina Colada dipping sauce & Shrimp Linguini Alfredo. They don't have that any longer (the linguini is no longer a choice in the combos) so she was bummed. Got her to order these 2 as separate entries so she could have both plus 2 sides that come with the coconut shrimp. Both her entrees were good, but the linguini was lacking enough sauce and she wished she'd asked for more (so heads up if you like full sauce too). She liked the mashed potatoes.
My mom always likes and got the coconut shrimp too and said her baked potato was good.
My dad and I both got the Kung Pao Noodles with Crispy Lobster. We both didn't care for it. Lobster was just breaded, not really crispy. No heat to it which Kung Pao normally is. Huge bowl of noodles with too much overpowering flavored sauce and not much meat. Both of us said, we'll not get that again.
All 4 of us got the Caesar salad as a side, but although the lettuce was fresh, you could tell all of them sat in the dressing for awhile and was so soggy because it was swimming in dressing. Maybe order with dressing only on the side to help your order.Sep 26, 2020Previous reviewMy wife loves shrimp so this is her place to go for that. She loves the combo getting the coconut shrimp and loves the mango sauce. Also gets the shrimp linguini which is good, a little dry this time as was my mom-in-laws, and sometimes she gets the shrimp scampi which is good.
I got the 3 combo - Chicken fettuccine I actually like it best! Coconut shrimp is really good and you get a lot of it. Salmon was a little dry but good.
Mashed potatoes are really boring.
The last time there, they forgot one of my wife's combo entrees, and when we told them and it was finally brought out, the coconut shrimp was pretty burned and we were already done eating. This time they forgot one of her side dishes, but it was brought out pretty quick.
Love their biscuits.Aug 25, 2019Previous reviewNormally I rate this place 5 star every time we've been here. But the hostess, waitress and cooks were all bad this day.
We walked in and a girl was just seating others. We asked the guy standing there, do we have to wait for her to seat us? No, you don't have to wait for her he says, but just stands there and stares at us. We wait until the girl gets back and she seats us.
When ordering drinks, asked for waters for all of us. Never came. Asked another waitress, water(S) please. She brings one.
My wife and dad in law ordered the lobster bisque. They both commented on how over salty it was. I tasted it and and I wouldn't have been able to eat it, it was that bad. My wife said she was so hungry since it took so long to get, she ate it.
My wife ordered 3 combo - shrimp scampi + alfredo + coconut. It came out with no alfredo, but 2 scampis. Pointed out the problem. The coconut shrimp was so over cooked and almost toward burnt and dried out. Again, my wife didn't want to wait for yet another thing so ate it. Again asked for water for the other 3 of us. Finally got them.
Never saw waitress after that - want more to drink, dessert...cricket sounds. Another guy from a table near us, got up from his table to talk to a bus boy near us to go through a list of complaints of the same server. She finally shows up and apologized to them.
Then my wife realizes she never got her side of corn on the cob with her dinner. Another waiter was walking by and we tell him. He says, what would you like to do? I guess get it to go since we're done with our meal right?
Asked our waiter for to go boxes, sealed bowls for scampi with dripping butter, and coconut shrimp sauce container. We got boxes. Asked again for sealed bowls so scampi butter won't leak out on way home + sauce container. Got the scampi bowls. Asked again for sauce container. Finally got that.
We go here often and the food has always been consistently good, hot and fresh and servers good. Hope this was just a off night.Jun 30, 2019Previous reviewTheir restaurants are always consistently good - great service, food always comes to the table hot, great tasting food.
Beers nice and cold.
My wife always gets the 3 shrimp dinner liking the shrimp scampi, shrimp alfredo (I have to say it has a great light sauce with maybe just a hint of lemon to it) & coconut shrimp with pineapple coconut dipping sauce - best coconut shrimp I've tasted and the sauce makes it even better.
I got the shrimp, scallops & salmon combo and it was good. Mine was drowning in butter so next time will ask for the drawn butter on the side.
Good sides & side salads too.
If it's your birthday, like it was my wife's, the waitress asked if she wanted something from the bar for the b-day treat or dessert. Go with something from the bar. The dessert was a very small ball of ice-cream with a small amount of chocolate drizzle.Feb 23, 2018Previous reviewAs always, food hot and good. Our server kind of dropped off the radar after taking food order and never brought more bread that we asked for. The person who brought our meals did after asking her. Took a l o n g time to get bill and containers for food we were taking home although server was nice.
Nov 12, 2015Previous reviewLove their shrimp trio & of course their cheddar biscuits are great!
Really good lava chocolate-chip cookie!
Big portions at reasonable prices.
Huge menu.
Great service.
Great atmosphere.
But...skip the berry sangria - more fruit juice than what you pay for alcohol $ wise, but good. - Jun 19, 2022
Loved our server she was amazing go Monica.
Food not so great not sure why we came to the chain seafood restaurant in hopes of something spectacular. Husbands admirals feast was soggy (supposed to be fried)
I upgraded to the bacon wrapped scallops and my bacon wasn't cooked fully still very soft and the scallops weren't seared at all.
There's so many other choices out there don't be us, go support a small business.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 6, 2022
I hadn't been to Red Lobster in decades but had great memories of going with my grandmother before she passed. Apparently I got there at the very moment being served at the bar ended. I put my name on the list and ordered a drink. The bartender was definitely preoccupied but the drink was decent.
When we got seated our server was super attentive and kind. My favorite dishes were the balsamic crispy brussel sprouts and the mussels. The lobster tail a la carte was kinda wimpy for $15 but tasted ok.
My daughter really enjoyed the warm cheese biscuits. I would go again for cocktails and brussels.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - 85101199Jun 28, 2021

Steven was so attentive and brought everything we wanted it quickly

It's Red Lobster, so to me sort of the Chili's of the Seafood world?
Is it a 5 star experience, no. Do I expect it to be a 5 star experience? Also no.
Frequenting this location a few times now, we are normally met by, well nobody. Either we have walked in and waited around as the only ones in the lobby area, or we have waited around in the lobby area with a few other guests.
Once we are greeted, everyone is friendly, and the wait time has never been too bad to get seated.
The waiter/waitress are kind to offer up suggestions and once the order is placed the food comes out pretty quick. Overall the restaurant seems to be fairly clean.
The menu, which did not change for a long long time, appears to have changed more frequently between last visits, so what you may see online for them may not be the exact menu that you are presented with in the restaurant ( mostly the same ).
Definitely great to get your cheddar biscuit fix =)Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Dec 5, 2020

Been a while since i've been at a red lobster. I have been eyeing their endless shrimp. We came in on a Saturday, wait was about 20-30 minutes. My husband ordered the salmon new orleans, and i had the endless shrimp but the server did inform me there was an additional $6 i believe because it was the weekend. As I was craving it, i went ahead and agreed. I had the scampi and jumbo coconut on my first round, then the shrimp skewer and walts favorite shrimp. Ultimately, it satisfied my craving but i wouldn't pay the extra amount on the weekend for it. All had great taste, but my favorite was the shrimp scampi and shrimp skewer. The breading on walt's fav shrimp was a little too salty for me. Husband's salmon was delicious, it wasn't overcooked or dry at all. Perfect seasoning as well. Overall, we will come back
