I could not have had a better experience at Oceana Vein Specialists. I actually went to two other vein clinics before I found Oceana Vein Specialists. Neither was a good fit. One of the previous Dr.'s did not even look at my legs, said he cold "fix" them & told me to get insurance before I came back. It was ridiculous, I paid cash in full for Dr. Isadore, if that tells you anything.

Sue is the front desk woman who is so kind, accommodating, caring & just an all around excellent human! She worked with my schedule & was very communicative.

Dr. Isadore changed my life by treating my varicose veins. I have had severe varicose veins since I was about 16, they just kept getting worse. I was finally ready to do something about it & I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Isadore. My case was pretty severe, both of my legs needed ablation & then "clean up". My legs look completely different now, I'm looking forward to wearing shorts for once in my life. I am so grateful to Dr. Isadore for his skills & knowledge. He is kind, excellent at what he does & he listens to all of your concerns. In fact, he had a lengthy conversation with my husband, who had quite a few questions regarding all of the procedures. He is trustworthy & compassionate.

Looking at website and I like what I saw in website. I decided to call for me and my husband and to get more information. Sue picked up the phone and very unfriendly and seems like she doesn't want to do any business.
At first I was polite and asked her if they take my insurance and with her tone over the phone she said" we don't take that insurance " and I told her it's fine then. Will pay out of pocket since I've done the sclerotherapy on the past.
I tried to get more information from her. What would be our first step, like do I need to make an appointment for consultation and what would be the cost Her response was " what do you mean"?very abrupt like I'm disrupting and inconvenient her.

What a waste, the website looks very professional but the first impression I got is very rude over the phone.

Excellent care, Dr. Isadore is very thorough, not rushed, takes time to answer questions, does a wonderful job.

I've had varicose veins all my life, but in the last couple of years, they've become increasingly painful, (especially when wearing ski boots), to the point where I contemplated abandoning the sport. After consulting with Dr. Isadore, he recommended Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA). A few months following the procedure, my legs no longer hurt and getting back into skiing is once again, such a joy. I can't thank Dr. Isadore enough for making such a positive impact on my lifestyle. I should also mention that his colleague Sue at the front desk is such a delight to deal with! She is always friendly, professional, and courteous. No matter what time of day you call, she is never too busy to answer any questions you may have, or just simply putting your mind at ease about any upcoming procedure. IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD! Dr Isadore and Sue are the best! This was a scary process for me as I was clueless as to what it involved. Silly me, it couldn't have been easier. Sue will make you right at home and will take care of everything for you. The wait time for Dr Isadore is minimal, he does not keep you waiting. You go into the patient room, change into the amusing disposable black shorts and then the Dr arrives. The technology is very impressive and of course, the exam does not hurt at all. The procedures that the Dr did for me were very simple. My fear was unwarranted. Dr Isadore is very thorough, and pays close attention to detail, which of course is exactly what you want.

I've been to the Drs office 4 times. It is always clean clean clean. Sue makes sure that there is enough time between patients (thanks COVID!), so I did not run in to other patients.

I am driving to a different county to see Dr Isadore, and I don't regret it at all. If you are looking for a stellar professional, then Oceana Vein is it! Go see Dr Isadore!

Before I met Dr. Isadore, I was struggling with a varicose vein down most of my leg. For years, I struggled with severe pain and couldn't do my daily activities or wear certain clothes. After seeking doctors all around, receiving discouraging news and no help, I was so blessed to find Oceana Vein Institute. Sue is the most amazing woman who is so helpful with insurance, procedure info, what to expect, as well as so compassionate towards my situation. Dr. Isadore is very confident in his ability to treat, takes the time he needs to be precise, and has the best bedside manner, and that was very reassuring and comforting to me as a patient. The ablation and microphlebectomy went beautifully with an easy and great recovery. I am forever grateful for Dr. Isadore and staff for taking care of me.

Great experience - I didn't realize how bad my veins were or how they were affecting me - I had thought the pain & concrete feeling was a result of lower back issue - what an amazing surprise to discover that getting me veins repaired would give me a whole new lease on life. I'm now running & hiking again with ease when before even walking up the stairs was a challenge.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. I was a little nervous and the wonderful receptionist put me right at ease. She is friendly and great about sending reminders.
The office is very nice and clean and Dr. Isadore is very kind and efficient.
The results speak for themselves, my trouble veins have been slowly disappearing!

I had great sclerotherapy results here with Dr. Isadore. It took three sessions, but there was a very noticeable change after two. The office is immaculately clean and beautiful with a nice ocean view, and Sue, the receptionist is very sweet and made the whole process easy. Dr. Isadore is patient and listened to all my concerns.

I was looking for a vein specialist in North County for varicose vein treatment and I found Dr. Isadore thru Yelp. I have been impressed thru the whole process of setting up my initial consultation to the different procedures I have had, to the follow-up visits to make sure all the treatments were successful. Any procedure that involves fixing something that isn't working correctly in the body can be so unpleasant but Dr. Isadore was so knowledgeable and patient and kind with all my questions both before and during my procedures. I tend to talk too much when I get nervous. The office is beautiful and spotless. Dr. Isadore's assistant Kylee is a gem. She is absolutely wonderful and it is so nice to walk into an office and feel welcome.

I had a lot of leg pain and while I knew some of it had to do with one particular vein, I had attributed the majority of my leg pain to my wonky arthritic knees. I still have knee issues but now my leg pain is so much better. I had no idea that my circulation was as bad as it was. Now on to find the perfect knee specialist....lol.

Parking is not on El Camino Real. My Waze app was not helpful. It kept telling me I had reached my destination and then tried to get me to turn around when I drove to the back of the buildings. The street on the backside of the building is where the parking structure is underneath with an elevator to go up or you can park on the street. There are also stairs to go up on the west side of the buliding. There is one handicapped parking spot by the elevator.
