Domino's Pizza

People can say what they want about domino's but every single time I have been to this location; carry out, or delivery it's been the best of service. Especially today. Thank you to everyone that was on shift this afternoon and to Gavin to make sure everything in my order was there before it got delivered. I really appreciate that. I guess what I'm saying is just be kind, you never know how the simplest gesture can brighten someone's day even if it's making sure you get that damn garlic sauce lol someone give this man a promotion and a raise for going above and beyond! You go Gavin, you're the real hero here!

Dominos is my favorite pizza chain and I haven't had it in months. I was so excited, but this may be some of the worst I've ever had from there. The crust was so unbelievably dry and the cheese was hard. There was hardly any garlic on the crust which is my absolute favorite part. Such a bummer probably won't be coming back to this location.

I sent my son to pick up pizza from nearby Shopps of Carlsbad mall, total was just under $30 , they didn't have change for a $50 bill , told him to ask people for change .. WTF .. NERVER GOING THERE AGAIN

I ordered a couple pizzas for my family around 6 PM using the Dominos app. When I arrived the pizza was ready on time, but there was only one young woman running the store. She was cooking the food, bringing it out to me, running the cash register, etc. And she was doing it all with a smile: she was extremely polite and nice. I wish I caught her name, but I would like to recognize her for her excellent service. Young, curly hair, nose piercing, and all smiles.

Realized the pizza was ripped and cut horribly when we got home. No answer when I called the store.

The service was clearly made by second graders, customer service was extremely horrible!!! Tried calling to let them know that the order was made incorrect no answer!! Store #8548--receipt #788. I will like a full refund.

My bf and I frigging love Domino's pizza! And we are not ashamed!

The app makes it so easy to order and delivery has always been promising. It's hard to beat their delivery service and to be able to get pizza in a timely manner. I'll even admit we passed up local pizza shops because we saw the delivery time would take one hour.

We went wild last night and ordered Pacific Veggie and Deluxe (without meat) and both of them tasted soooo good!

Choice of sauce? Ranch. Not ashamed of that either! Just don't tell my nonna!

Dominos is basically a stand alone food group for my BF, so we come here or order from here often. Their Pizzas are really good, they're really good about any of the customizations you make being correct when you get your pizza. My BF also likes their pastas. Overall in regards to the food, I don't think we've had any misses here at all.

However, I will say that the staff inside isn't the best with curbside, or customer service for that matter. I'd say 90% of the time I order curbside no one ever comes out and I end up having to go in, which isn't a huge deal, but when I do go in there, it can take a good few minutes for one of the staff to actually come up to you and help you. The most recent time was the worst, I waited in my car for about 5 minutes, after checking in, and when I walked in there was just a group of employees standing around chatting. after i walked in and up to the counter it took a good minute for one of them to break away from group and ask how they could help. It's not a make or break it by any means, the pizza was still freshly made, and completely on point it's just I wouldn't plan on curbside. I will say though, if you do delivery they are always super nice, and come in a very timely manner, they are very respectful of the property too. Delivery is probably just the best way to go.

Bad food here, food poisoning, and bad customer service. Pizza was burnt, pizza was so bad you would of thought a blind man made it this can't be the dominoes company food!!!

Really good! I'm very happy with my order. I wanted to give a second try because around a year ago I ordered a pizza from here to be delivered. My delivery showed up 10 minutes after I ordered it. It was a reheated pizza (dry, burnt & blah).
But TODAY, I drove the 5 minute drive from my house to pick up a fresh and quite tasty pizza. Good job
