Del Taco

Good service. However, it is raining - and the ceiling is leaking like a sieve! Maintenance badly needed, indoors.

Like Taco Bell, but with fries and worse service.

We told the cashier the bathroom was out of toilet paper and she just shrugged ‍

Horrible customer service. My daughter was rear ended while at the order window. She had placed her order and received a drink and was waiting for the food. After she was hit, she asked if there were cameras outside since the other driver insisted she backed up into him. She asked to speak to the manager and was informed this man at the window was the manager, but he refused to give her his last name. After some words back and forth, he closed the window on her and refused to give her the food she ordered. However, they did charge her credit card. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. It has been almost a month and they have not replied or issued a refund. How much effort does it take to respond?

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. Lady in the intercom 3/1/24 at 2:15pm. Over salted the fries and made me repeat myself 4 times to order.

The quality of this locations food has gone downhill. I will never visit this location again.

Has the food gone downhill here? I was at this location a few months ago and it was pretty decent. Tonight the beef in the tacos and burritos was completely tasteless and the tortillas were rubbery and chewy. This place is off my rotation, not going here anymore. Also they got my order wrong, but even that wouldn't have mattered if the food was any good. This was a real disappointment tonight.

Me and the family usually come here because it's our rendezvous point to drop off our daughter since it's halfway for both of us. We usually come inside and order but not very often.

Parking is decent and the business is easy to find since it has a huge sign that's very noticeable. Once walking inside the cleanliness is sometimes an issue, especially in the bathrooms at times.

The staff is nice and is helpful when it comes to the menu, but as for the food I'm too fond of. I know that fast food is greasy and isn't all to healthy, but every time I order here the look of the food is not too intriguing and not presentable at all! When you open the wrapping or the box to eat the food I just get sad, LOL. Non the less it still tastes decent and I won't complain on that. So I give this place 3 stars.

I have eaten Del Taco's Mexican Food at least twice. The first time I drove over to this Oceanside location and placed my order for pickup method.

I ordered from this cashier. My order was the 2 Beef Enchiladas with sliced Avocados on top, the Red Sauce, Chili Lime Rice and Refried Beans. My beverage was the Iced Tea. My photo was featured on these Beef Enchiladas Plate on the Del Taco website.
It was a great feeling!

Del Taco has really good Mexican food for a fast food restaurant. My second order was yesterday from this DoorDash Delivery Service. Door Dash is a great home delivery service to me their loyal customer.

I ordered the Del Taco Combo it includes one Ground Beef Burrito with Cheddar Cheese and a spicy Taco Seasoning on a flour tortilla. One Crunchy Taco and one choice of the Regular French Fries, Seasoned French Fries, or the Chili Cheese Fries.
I chose the one order of the Chili Cheese Fries. It's my first time ordering these Chili Cheese Fries from the Del Taco Restaurant.
My dessert was the 2 orders of the one Mini size Strawberry Shake and one Regular size Strawberry Shake with real Strawberries inside this delicious Shake.
My Subtotal was $21.20. My final bill was $23.20.

I received this second most recent order by Laurie my dasher driver at 6:20 p. m.
Laurie handed me my order and Laurie greeted me with a smile and she was very personable and friendly to me yesterday. That's the proper way to treat me their loyal customer. I gave Laurie a $6.50 tip.
Then I brought my order inside and started to unpack these food items from this sealed delivery bag. These 2 Strawberry Shakes was in a cardboard carrier.

I took out one Del Taco Combo Beef Burrito, one Taco and one Box of Chili Cheese Fries. I reheated all of these things on a separate plate in my microwave oven for a few minutes. Then I placed these items on my dinner table and also zucchini placed the one Mini Strawberry Shake on the same table to have for my dessert last night.

I ate the one Beef and Cheese Burrito first. This burrito was very flavorful and has a spicy flavor and it was so good! Next I ate the Crunchy Corn Hard Shell Taco with the shredded lettuce. Shredded mild Cheddar Cheese, and Diced Tomatoes. I ordered 2 mild taco sauces to put on my taco. After I put one packet of mild taco sauce in my taco, then I was eating it. This Crunchy Beef Taco held together really well and didn't fall apart. This taco was really delicious!
I was really full l! But I tried the one bite of the Chili Cheese Fries. This order was very good and flavorful. I will eat these Chili Cheese Fries today for my lunch time.
I also dipped the mini Strawberry Shake for my dessert. This mini Strawberry Shake had a thicker consistency to it but I was still able to get it through my straw. These real strawberries was very delicious and refreshing to drink last night. It's my favorite Strawberry flavored Shake at this Del Taco Restaurant.

I was very satisfied with the great customer service from Door Dash delivery service last night from Laurie, Fast service and really delicious food from the Del Taco Restaurant. I highly recommend this Del Taco Restaurant location. I will order again.
