Where do I even begin!? My husband is stationed in Okinawa and with just 2 months left until he comes back to the states, I began stressing over our living situation. I found Tony through social media and reached out immediately. I was a little hesitant but mostly nervous because I would be doing everything on my own. The process of buying a home was always an intimidating concept to me but Tony showed me otherwise. Within 2 weeks of contacting him, I was looking at homes. We put offers on a few and just days later, our offer was accepted. We opened escrow and closed within 3 weeks!

Throughout the entire process, Tony was always available to address any questions or concerns I had (I can't even begin to explain how knowledgeable he is). He kept me informed and always kept it real!

Tony and his team helped my husband and I (active duty marine) get into our very first home within weeks. The entire team is what you really call family veteran owned and operated office with the desire to help families find a home. They went above and beyond by making sure we didn't wait one more day to get the keys to our home and were delivered at 9pm I remember the feeling of joy and happiness when we opened our door for the first time. This man ain't just a millionaire and a legend for no reason. I met Anthony through a Staff Sergeant who bought a home through him. My hubs and I have just arrived from Japan after being stationed there, and we came to Camp Pendleton with the idea of renting an "on base home." Well, fast forward today; we bought a BRAND NEW 3 BR + LOFT type of home. I briefly spoke to him on the phone and he talked to us for minutes and hours, explaining the process and it was QUICK. Anthony did all the work and got us pre-approved within one day. I kid you not, I was very stressed out and at one point told Tony that I wouldn't want to further on with the purchase of this home. I just felt like I wasn't ready. But when would I ever be?? Because it was so urgent for my husband and I to find a home due our schedules and having that we were still living in a hotel. Within a day of driving and looking at homes; we chose the house that we wanted and Tony sent up an "offer." Let me tell you, this man is a negotiator and he is GOOD! He was able to drop the price of my home by 10K reducing interest PLUS brand new washer, drier, and fridge. I CLOSED MY HOME WITHIN TWO WEEKS (crazy fast). My husband and I love keeping in contact with him because we love to pry into his knowledge and wisdom. He just has so much to share, from his ambitions, to goals, to past stories, and of how his life all started as a real estate hustler since he was a Sergeant in the Marine Corps. This man has so much schooling under his belt, and motivates me. He does various non profit organizations and he cares a lot. I would love to share my stories to people and let them meet Anthony and be helped as much as he impacted John and I. The best part about him is he is a genuine man willing to lookout for someone's welfare rather than a typical "business mindset." He is the real deal. Thanks a lot Tony!

My brother found Anthony by chance. He walked into his office and told him of our story and the difficulty we were having in selling our Mother's home. He listen to my brother and offered his time even though we had someone else on contract. He believed he could sell the Home within a few short months. As our contract ended with prior realtor we hired Anthony. We were never sorry and were blessed to have found someone so understanding and sympathetic to our situation. Anthony brought so many clients to our Mother's home and we were finally able to receive an offer we were comfortable with.
I only wish we could have done more of the paperwork directly as oppose to on line because there was so much information at hand.
I don't believe you will be sorry if you go with Anthony and his staff and Trust that he will do what he says.

Anthony and his team was amazing in the sale of the house. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Quick response, with a personal touch. This was a difficult sale due to it being an outcome of a divorce. They were patient and understanding. Also very quick!!

Mr. Glenn is a terrible agent for civilians. He over promises and under delivers. He was insulting to me- even stating, "I know you don't trust all men," even though he had never met me before being hired to sell my condo. He was a great agent for the buyers of my property though, as he actively advocated for them to me as they were all military personnel. Five months later, my condo finally closed. While he got me the highest offer, it was the fourth escrow and my profit was eaten up by five additional months of housing costs. He was consistently condescending towards me and communicating only when I requested updates until I had to instruct him to only communicate via email because he denies what he verbally says. He also fails to keep confidential information. As I know details about each buyer, I can imagine what he's told buyers about me. Congrats to my buyer, a Naval Officer newly transplanted from the East Coast!

My husband and I are new home owners, we were pretty skeptical and nervous on this next step as it is a huge financial commitment but are really glad we met Anthony. He definitely made the process as least stressful possible and reassured us that this was the right decision for our family. We were in an entirely different state and had orders for a less than 2 month report date to hopefully buy a home and he made it very easy for us. Within two days he had us viewing homes and we placed an offer on a few. We only made ONE trip to CA and he did the rest for us. He saved us over 20k in closing costs and made sure all repairs were done on our home prior to closing. Anthony and his team are literally the best and we can't thank them enough!
