This week, the JPI team hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for Jefferson Castle Hills, a 2-phase development that will bring 761 homes to the Castle Hills master-planned community in Lewisville, TX. We had a great time celebrating with our project partners, city officials, and JPI team members who all played an instrumental role in bringing this project through the development and entitlement phases to construction. We look forward to welcoming the first residents in the 4th quarter of 2025.
